Fixed issue where snowmen would not be facing the right direction
Fixed issue where each level was short by one house
Adjusted particle effect for blizzard to hopefully run smoothly when first activated to keep from shuddering
Adjusted the chance of rivals showing up as it got very overwhelming in the later levels
Fixed an issue where the decor randomizer would fail to load certain assets
